Lunch Service
Provider: Saint Joseph School
seeks a new Lunch Service provider for the school. This is an

Maintenance Position: Saint
Joseph School seeks a part-time maintenance staff member. The position seeks
interested parties for five days per week, 2pm - 7pm. Interested candidates
should submit a letter of interest and resume to Dr. Paula Valenti at: valentip@sjsusa.org. The successful
candidate will have Protecting God's Children training (we can help with
that), a positive attitude and will take pride in their work; Black Seal
license is a plus! This position includes cleaning and routine school

and Substitute Nurses -
Saint Joseph School seeks substitute teachers and nurses. Interested
candidates should have a minimum of 60 college credits (prefer full
certification), valid substitute certificate, Protecting God's Children
Certification (we can help with that) and three references. Please send

Sandy Smith is organizing the Uniform Swap and is in need of clear, zippered plastic bags, the ones that comforters and/or sheets come packaged in (similar to the picture below). If you have any not in use, can you please send them in to the Lower School office to Sandy's attention.

Protecting God's Children Training On January 12, 2021 A Protecting God's Children training session is scheduled on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 in the Saint Joseph School Lower School cafeteria at 6:00pm. All interested in attending this in-person training must register on the VIRTUS online registration platform. Polar Express Pajama Day Will Take Place On
January 15 |

The Polar Express Pajama Day has been rescheduled for Friday, January 15! Santa will be rested from all his Christmas deliveries and will visit each classroom briefly to deliver his goody bags. If your child would like to wear pajamas to school on that day, please send $4 in an envelope marked with your child's name and grade to the attention of Denise Pertuz / PJ Day. If you sent in your money in December, you do not need to send it in again. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Oasis, A Haven For Women and Children in Paterson, NJ on behalf of Saint Joseph School. As Congress looks to be wrapping up deliberations this week on COVID-19 Relief, please let your members of Congress know that Catholic Schools should NOT be excluded from education relief! Nonpublic schools, including Catholic Schools, educate approximately 10% of ALL students in the U.S., many of whom are from struggling communities. Please ask Congress to include our students in COVID-19 Relief Aid using this link:

Saint Joseph School Is Seeking Volunteers Light Building and Decorating Help Is

Saint Joseph School is
seeking volunteers to construct Upson Board pedestals for the school. Upson
Board is a thick paper board that is somewhat lightweight and fairly easy to
use. Saint Joseph School also seeks volunteers to decorate the school entryways - both Upper and Lower Schools - for the holidays. If you are able to
help with either of these projects, or make a donation toward them, please
